Depending on the part of the world you live in, Veterinary Physical Therapy can be called Rehab or Physio Therapy.  They are specific activities and exercises designed to help your pup regain muscle memory, stimulate the nerves, circulate blood, and strengthen muscles and the body and get it ready to walk again. Once your Veterinary Neurologist gives you the ok, this is going to be the most important thing you to do help your pup walk again.

The short answer is YES, but to get the BEST results you should always work with a Physical Therapist who can oversee your pet's treatment and make proper recommendations for exercises for their current condition and their current stage of recovery.
